Rigid look Cabins frame

Over 30 years of experience with V-twins underlies the Cabins Custom, a pure Dutch bike with a Harley-Davidson engine at your choice. The base of the Custom
is the solid Cabins Rigid Look frame which is very stiff through it’s firm construction. It’s suitable for Knucklehead, Panhead, Shovelhead and Evolution engines with
4- or 5 gear-box. The Cabins frame is exclusively developed  after extensive
 research at which lies years of practical experience. The task which put the designer himself was tripartite: the frame had to look rigid, it had to have the suspension comfort of a French automobile and it had to have a maximal stable road holding characteristics. At the end it suffice the ideal dream that has every custom- and chopper fan of a Rigid frame.

The suspension characteristics of the rigid look Swing arm is flexible and completely stable. The tension load and damping of the gas filled  Mono shock
high under the saddle are easy to adjust by hand. The swing arm construction is
provided with axial and radial bearing and turns on a quadruple bearing set. It’s guarantees a maximal bearing surface, has hardly any frictional resistance and contributes to a smooth and stable suspension.
